Gilmore Girls 7×07 “French Twist”
CHOICE PLOTLINE. Lane and Zack are having twins! Going through the whole ordeal of Zack thinking the twins were Siamese to telling Lane’s mom about the baby really entertained me. “Cool.”
RANT. The elopement. I thought Cristopher was just going to propose. I didn’t know they were gonna get MARRIED! (I avoid spoilers) Everything just felt so rushed, it seemed like they were trying too hard. On the other hand, I enjoyed the trouble they had with the time zone and jet lag. I’m also looking forward to Rory’s reaction.
RAVE. Rory’s breakdown about jumping off a cliff is something I could really relate to right now. It’s great how this made me aware that probably all my batchmates are going through the same thing. I’m on the verge of graduating and it just feels like I have no idea where I’m going… everything’s totally foggy! My analogy though is more along the lines of just hanging on by a pinky; and I’m about to let go. I almost broke down with her! Help me…
RAVE. No Suki! I really didn’t get the Suki-ing (a term I learned from the TVGuide.com crew) before because only now am I watching Gilmore Girls; but she really is a bit annoying. This episode was completely Suki free.

Smallville 6×08 “Static”
CHOICE PLOTLINE. Clark making it out on his own in Seattle. He doesn’t usually go in a case alone… I think. Usually, he brings someone along to investigate (or finds out about something accidentally), goes back to find out the explanation, and speeds back (now alone) to beat the bad guy. It was refreshing to see him be proactive enough to find out what happened on his own. I also loved how he chose to save strangers rather than Lex.
As for Batista being a super villain, his demise was a bit rushed and a bit too easy. It all rested on the deus ex machina that saved Clark from being beaten by a bone marrow sucking monster. Still, who the hell is that guy; and I’m absolutely dying to find out.
RANT. Too much Lexana drama. I really can’t stand them. But I’m looking forward to the wedding… hoping, of course, that something big will finally end this irritating relationship. Okay, I’m a former Clana fan… I’m so not swinging that way right now. I’m over the fact that they can’t ever be together again. It’s simply because the whole Lex and Lana pairing just makes me feel icky, I can’t explain it.

Amazing Race Asia 1×02 “2nd Leg : Indonesia”
ONE BIG RANT. ONLY ONE PHILIPPINE TEAM LEFT. I can’t believe they got unlucky during the taxi ride to the Fast Forward…. I was really surprised at the outcome of this leg. That was one big mistake I would reel from until I die… if I were them. I can’t believe the country’s honor now rests on Aubrey’s team. Will they make it far?
It’s okay. I’m still rooting for the Sri Lankan team.
